Tech Republic’s great diagram sets the stage for a solid communications plan. It shows you:

  • who are the groups you need to communicate with?
  • what do you need to point out to each group?
  • how should you communicate with each group?
  • why do you need to communicate with them?
  • what skills should you lean on during communications?

All you need is frequency and you’ve covered all the bases! Hooray!
