Risk Quiz | The Papercut Project Manager

I would be very delighted to hear from you regarding this quiz. This is not at all an exhaustive list of expected risks, and the more people who contribute to its content, the more new project managers we can help.

If you think of a risk that a project manager should consider before undertaking a project, comment below. Periodically I’ll aggregate the comments and re-release the quiz. The idea is to get people thinking about the sorts of things that COULD happen on a project, and find ways to deal with them before they become problems.

1) Risk that the project manager does not have the authority on the project – basically he is required to coordinate rather than manage
2) Risk that there may notbe sufficient background information / information relating to requirements which help in understanding the stakeholder mindset – the unstated requirements
