Happy Vacation Time, Everybody!
It’s the first week of August, and all of my clients are on vacation, so I’ve decided to take a bit of a break myself. I’m turning my attention full steam to building my sales “pipeline” over the next two weeks. For me, this means sending clothes to the laundry, dusting off my elevator speech, and preparing marketing materials.
While I’m focused there, why not take a look at some older, more humorous posts that got a lot of great reviews on Twitter back when I had my Tumblr blog!
1) Playing Jargon Scrabble Kills Puppies. I wrote this one after overhearing a particularly awful bit of jargon in the hallway. “Authentic communication” is anything but!
2) How to Deal with Managers Who Refuse to Admit When They’re Wrong. Okay, it’s not really the best way, but damn, wouldn’t it be nice?
3) Project Initiation Process. Isn’t this just the truth?
Enjoy, and I’ll see you next week!
